My first visit was today and I'm happy that I finally got here with friends. We called to get on the waitlist but arrived 3 minutes past 20 so we were off the list. However, the Hostess was very helpful and got us seated quickly. We were waited on almost immediately by Tyler who did great job taking care of us. The menu selections are very unique and tasty. We all enjoyed our meals. I can comment on my Morning Grilled Cheese with bacon. The upcharge for the 2 slices of bacon was $3.50. There were a lot of ingredients on the sandwich and it was delicious. I only had to add a little salt for my taste. The others had salads and sandwiches and ate every bite. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the restrooms very clean (only singles, one for men and the other women). Worth a try.

Exellent Dutch baby pancake and Vietnamese coffee! Grilled chicken and mashed potatoes were also savory and so tasty. There can often be wait but always worth it!

Came for weekday brunch and there wasn't much of a wait. I ordered the bubble waffle! The portion size is generous and so fluffy. The cream is a little sweet and would've appreciated some more fruit (hence the 4 stars), but would definitely order it again! This would be perfect to share for the table.

Busy Father's Day morning at Teaspoon in classic casas adobes shopping mall Ina & oracle sw. Had reservations didn't wait too long on arrival but scrambled " for some shade waiting . A neighbor told me teaspoon her favorite one time ( while at Snooze) but my first time there at Teaspoon and wasn't disappointed. Seems they sat all parties with children outside ? On the far north of patio by the fountain but no misters at our area like closer to the building . We shuffled our chairs to find shade . That said , the food was all great filet mignon Benedict's , omelet , seafood Benedict , Dutch savory pancake , and Buddha bowl for young Grandaughter . Anthony's service was on point thank you ! Suggestion instead of one small quart water bottle to run to refill bring a couple bottles for party of six in the heat? I would return as food very hearty and well presented . ( my 500th Yelp review , as my young granddaughter would say " WOW!"

wow so much greatness to say about this spot! i'm not sure how new or old it is to Tucson, but i am a foodie that loves to try new/different spots each week.. when i saw this menu on Yelp, i knew i had to bring a friend to check it out! the atmosphere was really nice because there was plenty of business but also plenty of space between tables and wasn't very loud. They have seating indoors but the outside patio is where it's at! awesome mister fans everywhere, and our server was so kind to adjust one and have it point right at us upon our request. THE MENU, so many unique options. but the kind of unique that definitely hits the spot.. ~ we started with boozy beverages: a bloody mary (nothing fancy, but simple and perfect) and an Irish coffee + whiskey. both drinks were mixed perfectly. it's hard to find a great cocktail, in my opinion.. ~ the blue crab cakes with the yummy sauce on top tasted fresh and not fishy. great texture, filling too. ~ the avocado + mushroom benedict was top-notch. smothered in hollandaise sauce, i got some of the mixed fries on the side. (i would not order these again, personally.) ~ the service was fast and friendly and very accommodating! i can't wait to come back again.

I met a friend for lunch here, we sat on the patio and even tho it was 102 the shade and misters were helpful in helping us forget that. The service was great he was super attentive. The espresso machine was down that day and I really wanted an iced vanilla latte and server did his best to accommodate bringing me an iced coffee with vanilla syrup and almond milk on the side... it ended up working out great. I ordered the savory French toast with the gravy on the side. Honestly I didn't think it needed it so I added cholula instead and this dish did not disappoint. I used the gravy to dip my side of breakfast potatoes in instead ... delicious. My friend ordered the Dutch baby and she said it was amazing it comes in a hot cast iron crispy around d the sides and a bit thinner than some I have seen. She added strawberries and powdered sugar and said a little whip cream would be a nice touch. Overall can't wait to come back to this cute plaza and try some other dishes.

The wait is pretty long on a Sunday so be prepared but we didn't care. Our waiter was really great and was really nice about accommodating us when we needed things left out of our food orders. Such a cute place with inside and outside seating. The chai and dirty chai was excellent. The savory crepe is to die for, so great. My daughter ordered the chicken apple pesto sandwich without chicken since she's vegetarian and she loved it, had such great flavors. The avocado toast was huge, as well as the veggie omelette. Everything was perfect.

It's time for an update! I've eaten at Teaspoon countless times over the years now and it really is one of my favorite places for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The food is so good. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious. On my most recent visit, I got the southwestern salad and it was wonderful. The chicken was perfectly grilled and the cilantro lime dressing was yummy--and they added just the right amount. I also ventured into their hot tea menu and had the Marrakech mint--so good. And perfect for the rainy day I was there. I love the atmosphere. Indoor, outdoor, or bar seating--it's all very cute and comfortable. The service is always solid as well. Tyler took care of us on our most recent visit and he was excellent. I can't wait to go back!
